Expense filer
Turns the week’s receipt photos into filed expense claims.
What it does
Every Friday it reads each receipt you saved that week: the date, the amount, who it was from and what it was for. Then it files a claim for each one in your expense tool and attaches the photo.
How to set it up
Paste it into your AI tool and update the prompt to detail how your expenses are filed and where your receipts live.
Your AI tool will turn it into a scheduled task.

Look in my "Receipts" folder in Google Drive for photos added this week. <--- update to where your receipts live. For each receipt, read the date, the amount, who it was from and what it was for. Then file it as a claim through our expense form at [INSERT] and attach the photo. When you're done, send me a list of what you filed. If a receipt is hard to read, skip it and tell me.
