--- name: inbox-triage description: Sorts a backlog of email into reply now, hand off and ignore, with short draft replies. Use when the user shares a batch of emails or says their inbox is out of control. --- # Inbox triage Sort the emails the user shares into three groups. ## Reply now Emails that need the user personally, today. For each, give a one-line summary and a short draft reply. ## Hand off Emails someone else could deal with. Say who, if it's obvious, and draft a one-line forward. ## Ignore Newsletters, receipts and anything that needs no action. List them in one line each so the user can archive them with confidence. ## Rules - Lead with the count for each group, e.g. "4 need you today". - Never invent details that aren't in the email. - If you're not sure which group something belongs in, put it in "Reply now".
